自1972年Svendsen首先把合成产色性三肽,苯甲基—苯丙—缬—精—P—硝基酰替苯胺(S_(2160)),作为特异性基质测定凝血酶以来,已发展有60余种合成肽基质用于凝血机制试验。这些酶特异性基质的应用为临床凝血指标的监护提供了新的敏感而又快速的试验方法。
Since 1972, Svendsen first developed a chromogenic triadimetic, benzyl-phenylpropyl-valyl-P-nitroanilide (S_ (2160)) as a specific substrate for the determination of thrombin More than 60 synthetic peptide substrates were used in the coagulation assay. The use of these enzyme-specific matrices provides a new sensitive and rapid test method for the monitoring of clinical coagulation parameters.
