编者的话 在过去的10年里,中国城市交通规划学术委员会针对我国的城市交通问题,开展了一系列的学术活动,他们特别重视对实际问题的研究,象大城市交通规划、交通政策、交通管理和其它技术方法,每年选择一两个主要问题,吸收多学科各方面专家和实际工作者共同研讨、集思广益,提出建设性意见,供有关部门决策咨询,这不仅提高了交通科学的理论水平,而且促进了城市交通规划工作的发展。去年12月,这个学会召开了10周年学术讨论会,会上发表了30多篇很有价值的论文专著,主要是对近10年来我国城市交通规划和建设现状以及学术成就进行了概述和讨论,并就如何在总结经验基础上发展城市交通规划工作,提出了新的看法和新的观点。本刊征得中国城市交通规划学术委员会的同意,特发表10周年学术讨论会的一组文章,由于篇幅有限,只能择其部分和摘要刊登,供读者研究参考。
Editor’s Remarks In the past 10 years, the China Urban Transport Planning Academic Committee has carried out a series of academic activities on the issue of urban transport in China. They attach particular importance to the study of practical issues, such as transport planning, traffic policies, and traffic management in large cities. With other technical methods, one or two major issues are selected each year. Experts and practitioners from various disciplines and experts are invited to discuss and brainstorm ideas together, and constructive opinions are provided for decision-making and consultation among relevant departments. This not only improves the theoretical level of transportation science, but also Promote the development of urban transport planning. In December of last year, the Institute held a 10-year academic discussion. At the meeting, more than 30 monographs on valuable papers were published, mainly focusing on the overview and discussion of the current status and academic achievements of urban transport planning and construction in China in the past 10 years. And on the basis of summarizing experience, we have developed new views and new viewpoints on the development of urban transport planning. With the approval of the China Urban Transport Planning Academic Committee, a set of articles for the 10th Anniversary Colloquium, due to limited space, can only be published in selected parts and abstracts for readers’ reference.
