嫁接是核桃无性繁殖的主要方法,但成活率较低。根据近几年的研究实践,我认为,要提高嫁接苗的成活率,应抓好以下几方面工作。1.室内嫁接、温床加温,保证适宜的温、湿度,是促进嫁接伤口愈合的重要条件。核桃嫁接愈合,需要稳定的温、湿度。最适温度是26—30℃、湿度是70—80%。为达到这样的要求,应采用温床加温、锯末保湿的方法。加温可采用燃料加温和电热加温两种方式。燃料加温需要建造一个坑式简易温床(见图1)。其适宜农村推广。电热加温主要是通过地热线和控温仪来升温和控温。1987年用该法进行控温试验,嫁接成活率高达90%以上。
Grafting is the main method of clonal propagation of walnut, but lower survival rate. According to the research practice in recent years, I think that to improve the survival rate of grafted seedlings, we should do a good job in the following aspects. 1.
