雷达是电讯和机械两大部分组合而成的一种特殊用途的机器。就机械方面来说,对材料有力学性能要求的构件主要集中在天线和传动两大部分。在天线部分,本文分析了上铁塔的开裂和 M18紧固螺栓的断裂,通过分析指出了产品设计上存在的问题,并用电测法和模拟实验对分析结论进行了定量的验证。在传动部分,本文主要分析了摆线针齿行星减速器中摆线轮的断裂,通过分析发现了加工工艺上存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。本文结合这些雷达典型构件的失效分析,讨论了过载断裂和重载荷单向弯曲疲劳断裂的断口形貌与特征,拍摄了断口照片,可供从事金相和断口分析的工程技术人员参考。
Radar is a special-purpose machine that is a combination of two parts, telecommunications and machinery. In terms of mechanics, the components required for the mechanical properties of the material are mainly concentrated in the two major parts of the antenna and the transmission. In the antenna part, this paper analyzes the cracking of the tower and the fracture of the M18 fastening bolt. The problems in the product design are pointed out by analysis. The results of the analysis are verified quantitatively by the electrical measurement and the simulation. In the transmission part, this paper mainly analyzes the cycloidal gear pinion reducer planetary gear broken, found through the analysis of the problems in the processing technology, put forward the corresponding improvements. Based on the failure analysis of the typical components of the radar, this paper discusses the fracture morphology and characteristics of uniaxial bending fatigue fracture under overload and heavy loads, and takes pictures of the fracture for engineering and technical personnel who are involved in metallographic and fracture analysis.
