以HEH[EHP](P507)为流动载体,探讨了Cu(Ⅱ)的传输行为,考察了内、外相酸度、膜相载体浓度、温度等因素对传质速率的影响.结果表明,两界面处的萃取反应、离子的扩散速度及膜相的微细结构共同影响着离子的传质速率.并对该体系富集、传输Cu(Ⅱ)的适宜条件进行了讨论.
The transport behavior of Cu (Ⅱ) was investigated with HEH [EHP] (P507) as flow carrier. The effects of internal and external phase acidity, concentration of membrane phase carrier and temperature on mass transfer rate were investigated. The results show that the extraction reaction at the two interfaces, the diffusion speed of ions and the fine structure of the membrane phase all affect the ion mass transfer rate. The suitable conditions for the enrichment and transfer of Cu (Ⅱ) were also discussed.
