在水电站、泵站等建筑物的进水口处,均要设置拦污栅,以防杂草、树枝等污物进入机组,影响机组的正常运行。但是,拦污栅前所拦阻的杂物,必须定期及时清除,特别是在汛期,上游冲来的污物很多,堵塞在拦污栅前,如不及时清除,将使电站的有效水头和流量减小,影响出力,小型工程拦污栅前的杂物,一般都是由人力用扒齿勾除。这样不但工人劳动强度大,而且拦污栅下部的污物不易清除,有时甚至要停机出渣,针对这种情况,我们设计了简易拦污栅出渣机。
