本文以小麦根系为材料,通过适宜高温和零上低温处理测定小麦根系含糖和细胞透性的变化来研究植物对不良环境的抵抗力和适应性。以便了解植物对不良环境的适应机理,为农业生产上防止胁迫危害以及在育种上选育抗性品种提供线索。结果证明:经零上低温处理小麦根系的含糖量随处理时间延长而增加;高温处理,则随着处理时间的延长其含糖量逐渐下降。零上低温和高温处理根系电导率随着处理时间的延长而增高
In this paper, the root system of wheat was used as material to study the resistance and adaptability of plants to adverse environment by measuring the changes of sugar content and cell permeability of wheat root system by high temperature and zero low temperature treatment. In order to understand the mechanisms by which plants adapt to the adverse environment and provide clues as to the prevention of coercion in agricultural production and the breeding of resistant varieties in breeding. The results showed that the sugar content of root system increased with the prolongation of treatment time and the sugar content decreased gradually with the prolongation of treatment time. The root conductivity at zero temperature and high temperature increased with the prolongation of treatment time
