目的和方法:运用多普勒超声技术监测233例药物流产患者服药前后的滋养层血流变化。结果:药物流产成功211例,失败22例。服药后随时间的延长药物流产成功组的滋养层血流显示率及Vmax逐渐减低,RI逐渐增加;药物流产失败组的滋养层血流Vmax则先减低后增加而RI则先增加后减低,与成功组对照差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:多普勒超声监测药物流产患者的滋养层血流变化较单纯运用二维超声监测在判定药物流产是否成功上更敏感。
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The changes of trophoblast blood flow in 233 medical abortion patients before and after treatment were monitored by Doppler ultrasound. Results: The medical abortion was successful in 211 cases, the failure of 22 cases. With the extension of time after taking medicine, the trophoblast blood flow rate and Vmax gradually decreased in the successful abortion group, RI increased gradually; the trophoblast blood flow Vmax in the abortion group first decreased and then increased while RI increased first and then decreased, The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The changes of trophoblast blood flow in patients undergoing medical abortion with Doppler ultrasonography are more sensitive than using pure two-dimensional ultrasound in determining the success of medical abortion.
