随着大张旗故宣传总路线总任务与粮食收购工作的开展,冬学工作亦相应地于去年十二月初旬在全省范围内继续开展起来。由于各地开学之前均在义教集训与县、区、乡三级干部会议上,普遍而认真地学习了国家在过渡时期的总路线和总任务,大大提高了各地干部与义务教师的社会主义觉悟,同时亦明确了今年冬学的主要任务是广泛进行总路线的宣传教育,从而推动粮食收购与万助合作运动。实际上根据七一县、一镇及太原、大同、阳泉、长治四市统计:参加冬学政治班受到总路线宣传教育的农民羣众有一百四十余万人。又根据各专入学情况估计:全省入学人数可达一百八十余万人,占乡村总人口百分
