通过模糊数学中的相关矩阵在篮、排、足三大球教学中的应用研究,建立了三大球体育课教学与身体素质的相关关系,根据发展身体素质的要求结合原教学进度和教学内容来具体分配所采用各项教学方法的练习时间。通过一年的教学实践证明,在球类专项课教学中,在不改变原教学内容的前提下科学编排教学过程中的练习时间,对于提高学生身体素质是有效的、可行的,该研究方法同时为学年教学计划的制定和更科学地撰写体育课教案提供了依据。
