管理是一门科学,更是一门艺术。作为管理者要使管理这门“科学”、这门“艺术”发挥到极致,其根本所在,就在于以人为本。要在整体构建学校管理“制度文化”的同时,努力形成学校管理的情感力量,使二者相辅相成,互为作用,和谐发展。这是因为,学校是知识分子较为集中的地方,有一个庞大的知识群体。因此,在管理中单纯运用经济杠杆和高压灌输都是不足取的。只有在学校管理中搭建情感平台,形成管理中的情感力量,管理才能出效益。
