“流言蜚语”是一种比较普遍的社会病态心理现象。它是某些人出于特定的动机散布的,在非组织的连锁性传播通路中所流传的信息。制造这种信息的动机是为攻击、诬蔑、陷害、中伤他人或满足个人生理、心理上某一方面需要。产生“流言蜚语”的原因,从个体的角度讲有的是因为自私、心胸狭窄、目光短浅,个人利益和组织利益发生矛盾冲突时,出于私利制造“流言蜚语”。有的是当他人的才能和成绩高于自己时,产生一种莫名其妙的不舒服感,于是千方百计要想“搞一
