由南京水利水文自动化研究所与我们上海水文总站联合研制的上海防汛自动测报系统始建于1986年,1987年初通过第一期工程鉴定。并于当年着手第二期工程,1988年元月通过第二期工程验收。目前该系统组成为一个中心站,八个测站。中心站设在市水利局大院内,遥测站设在川沙高桥、黄浦、普陀、杨浦、徐汇、南市、静安、闸北,1县7区。该系统的管理
The Shanghai Automatic Flood Forecasting System, jointly developed by Nanjing Institute of Hydraulic and Hydrological Automation and Shanghai Hydrological Station, was first constructed in 1986 and passed the first phase of project appraisal in early 1987.
