目的:观察和分析康复护理干预对腰间盘突出症的治疗效果,为临床上治疗腰间盘突出症提供更多护理方法。方法:将2014年5月~2015年5月间来我院接受住院治疗的126例腰间盘突出症患者随机分成两组,每组63例,对照组给与常规治疗和护理,观察组给与常规治疗基础上同时配合专业的康复护理措施进行护理干预,密切观察患者的病情变化并对临床治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果:我院收治的126例腰间盘突出症患者经过治疗后,观察组:治愈48例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率98.41%。对照组:治愈22例,有效28例,无效13例,总有效率79.37%。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,在基础治疗的同时采用康复护理干预对治疗腰间盘突出症临床效果显著。结论:常规治疗后给与康复护理措施进行护理干预可以减轻腰间盘突出症患者的疼痛,降低疾病复发率,临床治疗效果显著,治疗方法得到了患者和家属的肯定,值得临床借鉴和推广使用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and provide more nursing methods for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: A total of 126 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 63 in each group). The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing. The observation group With the conventional treatment at the same time with professional rehabilitation nursing interventions, close observation of patients with changes in the condition and the clinical treatment effect analysis and comparison. Results: 126 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients admitted to our hospital after treatment, the observation group: 48 cases were cured, effective in 14 cases, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 98.41%. In the control group, 22 cases were cured, 28 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 79.37%. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation was significantly improved with the intervention of rehabilitation nursing. Conclusion: Nursing intervention for rehabilitation nursing after conventional treatment can relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation, reduce the recurrence rate of the disease, the clinical treatment effect is remarkable, the treatment method has been affirmed by patients and their families, and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion .
