当前农民工的文化素质普遍不高,这也是当前的一个普遍现象。从这一方面来说,如何正确地开展高职院校对于农民工的培养则显得具有十分重大的意义。高职院校具有其独特的优势和特色,使得它可以比其他的培训机构更加专业和高效地对农民工进行培训,但是当前很多高职院校在培训农民工方面还存在着许多限制因素,导致对农民工的培训工作不能够高效地开展。本文就目前高职院校在针对农民工培训教育工作的开展过程中所出现的一些问题以及相关的措施建议进行了分析和讨论。
At present, the cultural quality of migrant workers is generally not high, which is also a common phenomenon at present. From this aspect, how to carry out the training of migrant workers in higher vocational colleges correctly is of great significance. Vocational colleges have their unique advantages and characteristics, which make it more professional and efficient training of migrant workers than other training institutions. However, many vocational colleges still have many limitations in training migrant workers. As a result, the training of migrant workers can not be carried out efficiently. This paper analyzes and discusses some problems that have emerged in the process of training and education of migrant workers in vocational colleges and related measures and suggestions.
