采用超声波辅助提取和大孔吸附树脂提取富集箬叶总黄酮,考察箬叶黄酮的DPPH清除能力以及对淀粉抗性的影响。结果表明:(1)最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数50%,料液比7.5︰50(g/mL),提取28 min;(2)最佳富集条件:D~(-1)01,吸附pH 4,解吸液体积分数70%,解吸pH 2;(3)生物活性:箬叶黄酮对DPPH的IC50为39.5μg/mL;同时验证箬叶总黄酮对淀粉抗性并无影响。超声波提取大孔吸附树脂富集是种提取箬叶黄酮较为高效的方法,箬叶黄酮具有较强DPPH清除能力,并无淀粉抗性。
Ultrasonic-assisted extraction and macroporous adsorption resin were used to extract and enrich the total flavonoids of the leaves. The DPPH scavenging ability of the flavonoids from the leaves and the effects on the starch resistance were investigated. The results showed that: (1) The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 50%, solid-liquid ratio 7.5︰50 (g / mL) Adsorption pH 4, desorption volume 70%, desorption pH 2; (3) biological activity: Flavonoids flavonoids on DPPH IC50 39.5μg / mL; at the same time to verify the total flavonoids of curium leaves has no effect on starch resistance. Ultrasonic extraction macroporous resin enrichment is a kind of more efficient extraction method of flavonoids from curium leaves, curcumin flavonoids with strong DPPH scavenging ability, and no starch resistance.
