后进生的转化工作是每个教师都要必须认真对待和研究的问题。经过十多年的教学摸索,笔者觉得只要运用恰当的方法循序渐进,尊重后进生,把我们的爱给他们,把他们当作朋友,就一定会让学生想学英语,爱学英语,学好英语,他们的成绩就会有较大的进步。笔者在农村从事英语教学工作十多年了,在教学过程中,碰到了相当数量的英语学习上的后进生。怎样做好后进生的转化工作?笔者经过这么多年的摸索和实践,有了一些自己的想法,和大家共同分享。
The transformation of postgraduates is something that every teacher must take seriously and studies.
