女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)是女性尿失禁最为常见的一种类型,也是能通过手术而得到治愈的一种尿失禁。近年来,由于女性SUI手术的技术更新,尤其是尿道中段悬吊术的普及,使得更多的女性SUI患者得到良好治疗,也使得更多的泌尿外科医生对SUI诊治产生兴趣。但由于对女性膀胱尿道解剖功能的理解欠缺,临床中出现很多相关的手术并发症。本文将着重于女性SUI的评估,并介绍相关研究的进展,以便更好地理解女性SUI发生的机制及其手术相关的风险,提高女性SUI的诊治水平。
Female stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is the most common type of urinary incontinence in women and a form of incontinence that can be cured surgically. In recent years, technical updates of female SUI surgery, especially the popularization of the middle urethral suspension make more female patients with SUI well treated and more urologists are also interested in the diagnosis and treatment of SUI. However, due to the lack of understanding of the anatomical function of female bladder and urethra, there are many related surgical complications in clinic. This article will focus on the evaluation of women SUI, and introduce the progress of related research in order to better understand the mechanism of SUI and its surgical risks associated with women, improve the diagnosis and treatment of female SUI.
