1991年8月27日,云南省科学技术委员会邀请吴传钧、宋家泰、左大康、佘之祥、瞿宁淑、郭廷彬、陈怡煌、唐邦兴等我国地理学界的著名科学家,就云南省地理研究所中、长期建设和发展云南地理研究事业的问题进行了座谈。云南省科委主任、研究员、中国科学院昆明分院院长张敖罗主持了这次会议,省科委各处室负责人与代表到会认真听取了意见。这次会议是在云南省地理研究所就《德宏州边境民族经济贸易开发区发展战略及口岸建设条件评估研究》、《云南省1:50万土地资源系列图编制研究》、《云
On August 27, 1991, the Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Commission invited renowned Chinese scientists in geography such as Wu Chuanjun, Song Jiantai, Zuo Dakang, She Zhixiang, Qu Ningshun, Guo Tingbin, Chen Yixuan and Tang Bangxing to discuss the medium and long-term construction of Yunnan Institute of Geography And development of Yunnan Geography research issues were discussed.
