古代有位道士向一位百岁老者探问长寿之遭:“汝何以长寿?秘诀何在?”老者答曰:“吾信‘三不知’:一曰不知世事,二曰不知生死,三曰不知在身。”道士细究老者话中之理,不由笑而叹服。细想起来,老者信奉的这三个“不知”有着深奥的科学道理,值得思考和借鉴。
