目的 调查镇江口岸鼠形动物体表寄生虫的情况 ,研究主要影响因素。方法 计算 4类生态环境中不同种类鼠形动物体表蚤类、蜱类、螨类和吸虱类的染虫率及染虫指数 ,分析鼠形动物的种类、性别、年龄及所处生态环境等因素对其体表寄生虫的影响 ,分析鼠密度、染虫率、染虫指数三者之间的相关关系。结果 码头区的鼠形动物染虫率最高 ,主要鼠种中褐家鼠的染虫率最高 ,寄生虫的优势种是鼠句鼠青赫刺螨 ,雌性鼠形动物的染虫指数高于雄性 ,成年鼠形动物的染虫指数高于幼鼠。鼠密度、染虫率、染虫指数三者之间有正相关关系。结论 体表寄生虫的感染情况与鼠形动物的种类、性别、年龄有密切关系 ,鼠密度、染虫率和染虫指数之间有正相关关系
Objective To investigate the surface parasites of mouse-type animals in Zhenjiang Port and study the main influential factors. Methods The infection rates and index of infection of fleas, ticks, mites and sucking louse on the surface of different species of rat in four kinds of ecological environment were calculated. The species, sex, age and ecological environment of the rats were analyzed And other factors on their surface parasites, analysis of the rodent density, the rate of infection, the relationship between the index of the three. Results The rate of rodent infestation was the highest in the quay area. The infection rate of Rattus norvegicus in the main species was the highest. The predominant species of the parasites were Rhesus sibiricus and the female species was higher than the male , Adult mouse-shaped animals higher than that of young mice. There was a positive correlation between the mouse density, the rate of infection and the index of infection. Conclusion The infection of surface parasites is closely related to the species, sex and age of mouse-type animals. There is a positive correlation between the density of rodents, the rate of infection and the index of infection
