采用皮粉胶原和改性凹凸棒(OAT)合成了OAT/胶原纳米复合材料,用FTIR和DSC分别研究了胶原改性前后的结构和热稳定性的变化,考查了皮粉胶原与OAT不同质量配比对复合材料吸附单宁酸的影响,并用HPLC分析了复合材料对单宁酸的选择性吸附性能。结果表明:OAT与胶原通过氢键和静电作用形成的OAT/皮粉胶原纳米复合材料,成型性好,热稳定性明显提高。OAT为2%(g/g)的复合材料对单宁酸的单位吸附量最大,而且对单宁酸具有很好的选择性吸附性能。
OAT / collagen nanocomposites were synthesized by using collagen powder and modified attapulgite (OAT). The changes of structure and thermal stability before and after collagen modification were studied by FTIR and DSC. The effects of collagen and OAT The effect of composite on the adsorption of tannic acid on the composite was studied. The selective adsorption of tannic acid on the composite was also studied by HPLC. The results showed that OAT / collagen powder nanocomposites formed by OAT and collagen through hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction had good formability and thermal stability. The composite with 2% (g / g) of OAT has the highest unit adsorption amount of tannic acid, and has a good selective adsorption performance for tannic acid.
