日前,安徽省政府下发《关于加强建筑规划设计管理的通知》。《通知》指出,建筑规划设计应遵循重原创质量、节约资源等原则,探索建立大型公共建筑设计后评估制度,严禁领导干部因自身个人喜好随意干预建筑设计,如经查实影响恶劣的,将追究其责任。把权力圈进制度的笼子内,坚决地向长官意志说不,安徽省的规定开了先河。
