钢液温度是冶金过程中的重要参数之一.如能正确掌握炉内的钢液温度,就可避免低温钢或钢液过热,降低电耗,达到高产优质低消耗的目的,有利于我国钢铁工业的大干快上。我所一车间的电弧炉冶炼精密合金及不锈钢是采用单铂—铑快速热电偶插入熔池进行测温的,缺点是一次只能测一个温度,操作麻烦成本高。因此,一车间、第六研究室的同志学习了兄弟单位的经验,在上海第二耐火材料厂的大力支持下,于1976年进行了三次炉内钢液温度连续测量的试验。 第一次试验,测温设备在一个炉役期中连续工作了13炉41小时,单管的最好使用寿命31小时,其中连测碳素结构钢11炉,18—8型不锈钢2炉。
