OBJECTIVE: To understand the clinical epidemiology and mucocutaneous manifestations of immunocompromised virus (HIV) infected patients and AIDS patients hospitalized in a hospital and their relationship with CD4 ~ + T lymphocyte count, and to provide evidence for clinicians and related AIDS prevention and control in the field to provide reference information. Methods: A retrospective analysis of epidemiological data, clinical features and laboratory examination data of 1162 HIV / AIDS patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2000 to December 2014 was conducted. The data values were set up in EXCEL database and used with SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: The majority of 1162 HIV / AIDS patients were male, with the highest number of middle-aged patients (60.07%) and the higher proportion of elderly patients (37.26% of patients over 50 years old). The patients were all from Guangxi , The county was diffusely uneven distribution of significant aggregation; disease spread among migrant workers, rural transmission is more obvious than ever; sexually transmitted as the main route of transmission, the spread of the spread from high-risk groups to the general population; 15 years The number of hospitalized patients showed a gradual increasing trend, and there was no significant difference in the proportions of the patients in the strong and the Han nationalities. The level of CD4 ~ + T lymphocyte count was negatively correlated with the incidence of skin diseases. With the decrease of CD4 ~ + T lymphocyte count, the incidence of skin diseases and the number of concurrent dermatoses increased. Conclusion: The majority of hospitalized patients with HIV / AIDS in Guangxi General Hospital are male. The proportion of middle-aged and elderly patients is increasing. Sexual transmission is the main route of transmission. With the decrease of CD4 ~ + T lymphocyte count, the incidence of skin diseases and Increased number of concurrent dermatoses.
