针对现在煤矿井下机械普遍存在的安全系数过高和机构设计不合理的现象,提出了基于ANSYS软件支撑车的轻量化设计。介绍了煤矿井下延伸转载机整机结构及工作原理,指出了支撑车存在的安全系数过高的现象,从结构和材料2方面对支撑车进行静力学优化,经过动态特性和谐响应分析验证了改进后结构的可行性。对煤矿井下机械存在的安全系数过高的现象提供了新的有效解决方法,具有较好的应用价值。
Aiming at the phenomenon of excessive safety factor and unreasonable mechanism design of coal mine machinery nowadays, the lightweight design of supporting vehicle based on ANSYS software is proposed. The whole machine structure and working principle of underground extension loader of coal mine are introduced. The phenomenon that the safety factor of support car is too high is pointed out. The static and dynamic optimization of support car is carried out from two aspects of structure and material. After the structure of the feasibility. It provides a new and effective solution to the phenomenon of over-high safety factor in coal mine machinery, and has good application value.
