张玉能,男,1943年8月出生于武汉市,祖籍江苏南京。1966年本科毕业于华中师范学院中文系,1978年考入复旦大学中文系攻读硕士学位,师从美学家蒋孔阳,1981年获文学硕士学位,到华中师范学院中文系工作,1994年评聘为教授,1999年任南京大学、华中师范大学文艺学博士生导师。1996-1997年在奥地利维也纳造型艺术科学院艺术史研究所做访问学者,师从奥地利著名艺术史家奥托·安东尼亚·格拉夫教授。现任华中师范大学文学院教授、博士生导师,文艺学学科指导组组长。主要著作有:《美学要义》《审美王国探秘——席勒美学思想论稿》《席勒的审美人类学》《西方文论思潮》《西方美学思潮》《西方美学通史》第4-5卷。主要译著有:《德国古典美学》《秀美与尊严——席勒艺术美学文集》《席勒散文选》。在《文艺研究》、《文学评论》、《学术月刊》等刊物发表论文180余篇。
Zhang Yuneng, male, born in August 1943 in Wuhan City, ancestral home in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. 1966 Bachelor graduated from Huazhong Normal University Department of Chinese, admitted to Fudan University Chinese Department in 1978 to study master’s degree, under the esthetician Jiang Kong Yang, 1981, received a master’s degree in literature, to Huazhong Teachers College Department of Chinese work, 1994 appointment as a professor 1999, Nanjing University, Central China Normal University doctoral tutor. 1996-1997 Visiting scholar at the Institute of History of Art, Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna, Austria, under the direction of Otto Anthony Graf, the famous art historian in Austria. IncumbentHuazhong Normal UniversityProfessor, doctoral tutor, literature and art discipline guidance group leader. His major works include: Aesthetic Essentials Quest for the Aesthetic Kingdom Schiller Scholars’ Aesthetic Anthropology Western Scholars Trend Western Aesthetics Trend General Western Aesthetics Volumes 4-5 . Major translations are: “German classical aesthetics,” “Beauty and dignity - Schiller Art Aesthetics Collection” “Schiller prose selection.” He has published more than 180 papers in literary studies, literary criticism and academic monthly.
