CNG加气站的生产系统工艺流程复杂,误操作后果严重。采用三维虚拟现实仿真与CNG加气站安全培训相结合的方式,实现了利用CNG三维仿真培训系统提高培训效率的目标。详细介绍了该仿真系统的组成、3DSMax软件建模方式、设备模型及其原理和流程,该仿真系统可用于CNG理论及工艺流程的教学,确保新入职员工快速高效地进行岗前培训工作,为CNG加气站安全运行提供一定的技术保障。研究结果表明:集先进性、实用性、科学性于一体的CNG三维仿真培训系统在课堂教学与员工培训中的应用,极大地提高了课堂理论教学和实践培训效能,该系统可以进行批量培训,不受实训场地和资金的限制,具有较好的经济性,是一种提高人员技能水平的有效培训方式。(图6,参10)。
The production process of the CNG refueling station has complicated process flow and serious misoperation. Using the combination of 3D virtual reality simulation and CNG station safety training, the goal of using CNG 3D simulation training system to improve training efficiency is achieved. The composition of this simulation system, 3DSMax software modeling method, equipment model and its principle and process are introduced in detail. The simulation system can be used in the teaching of CNG theory and process flow to ensure that new recruits can quickly and efficiently carry out pre-job training.
