“孔颜乐处”由宋时理学家提出,并成为他们关注的重要命题。“孔颜乐处”是一种不为物欲所困的主体内在之乐,是基于人从自然性的“感性冲动”下挣脱,向精神性提升的过程。它往往表现为在贫困中保持清心一片以及自得其乐的高尚节操。本文试从孔子、颜回的生活状态进行考察,认为“孔颜之乐”最初着重于“好学”。但宋儒却从“境界”层面解释。“境界”之解是缘于时代的变化和学者身处本体论的焦虑之中。本文拟遵循这一思路来分析,以就正于方家。
