我国现行基础教育乃至整个学校教育体系培养周期太长而培养质量偏低,其原因是我国基础教育特别是幼儿教育、小学教育的培养体制与机制存在比较严重的问题。我们需要在辩证认识和正确确立相关思想观念的基础上,借鉴、继承我国传统启蒙教育特别是早期教育中一些有益经验,重新设计儿童10周岁之前教育的具体目标、课程与内容体系以及教学方法等方面的培养体制与机制,并对儿童10周岁以后所接受的各层次的教育加以全方位的改革,以根本提高我国整个教育体系培养质量,培养创新性人才。
The current basic education in our country and even the entire school education system have a long incubation period and low quality of training. The reason is that there are serious problems in the basic education system in our country, especially in primary and secondary education.
