我院从1972年开始,采用耳针及穴位注射人参、内服中药,扩张痉挛狭窄段肠管等中西医结合疗法,治疗先天性巨结肠症,取得了较好的临床效果。多数患儿在治疗后能维持正常排便功能,扩大、肥厚的肠管缩小,肠蠕动和张力恢复,排空功能良好。本组病例有半数患儿在治疗后取得满意或良好的疗效;约有1/3的患儿治疗后症状没有改善;有些患儿治疗后虽有短暂的症状好转,但1～2年后便秘复发。

About half of the patients in this group achieved satisfactory or good curative effect after treatment. About one-third of children did not improve their symptoms after treatment. Although some children had transient symptoms after treatment, constipation was found in 1-2 years relapse.
