据江苏省玻纤玻钢情报网统计信息,1996年江苏不饱和聚酯树脂产量达到6万t。江阴第二合成化工厂、常州合成材料厂、天马集团公司和华日新材公司、南京复合材料总厂、南京金陵巴斯夫树脂有限公司等五大树脂生产厂产量达4.5万t。年产量达3000～4000t的生产厂5家,总产量达1.5万t以上。全省总量约占全国聚酯树脂产量的2/5。 江苏省不饱和聚酯树脂生产发展这么快,首先在于国民经济的改革开放,给江苏的不饱和聚酯发展注入了国外的新技术。继南京复合材料总厂引进美国秀玛树脂技术以后,金陵石化公司、天马集团公司又先后引进德国巴斯夫公司、大日本油墨公司的生产技术,并
According to Jiangsu Province, glass fiberglass and steel intelligence network statistics, in 1996 Jiangsu unsaturated polyester resin production reached 60,000 tons. Jiangyin Second Synthetic Chemical Plant, Changzhou Synthetic Materials Factory, Tianma Group Corporation and Huari New Materials Corporation, Nanjing Composite Material Factory, Nanjing Jinling BASF Resins Co., Ltd. and other five major resin production plants reached 45,000 tons. Annual output of 3000 ~ 4000t of the production plant 5, the total output of more than 15,000 t. The total amount of the whole province accounts for about 2/5 of the total output of polyester resin in the country. The production of unsaturated polyester resin in Jiangsu Province developed so fast that, first of all, the reform and opening up of the national economy injected new technologies abroad for the development of Jiangsu’s unsaturated polyester. Following the introduction of U.S. Xiuma resin technology at the Nanjing Composite Materials Plant, Jinling Petrochemical Company and Tianma Group Company have successively introduced the production technologies of BASF and Dainippon Ink companies.
