一、上死点定位不准当压力机以单次行程工作时,滑块应该自动停止在上死点的附近,如果发生定位偏差过大,但每次停车的偏差位置固定时,可将凸轮挡块相对于限位开关移转一个角度,使滑块停止在上死点即可。假使每次停车的偏差不规则时,应拆卸空气分配阀上的电磁铁和操纵箱内的中间继电器,用汽油和纱布擦洗其内部的吸合表面(见图1)即可。为了减少这种现象发生,最好能定期(每三个月至半年)将上述电器的吸合表面进行一次清洗。
