患儿王××,男,40天,86-1-10收住我科。病案号174082,诊断为幼儿急疹。5天后病愈出院:家长唯恐小儿路途着凉,用两条棉被严严包裹孩子后准备上车。事隔7～8分钟,因要注射维生素D_3,护土让家长抱孩子到治疗室打针,解开包被时即发现患儿面色青紫。大汗淋漓,双眼向右上斜视,神志不清,当即予吸氧、指压及针刺人中后患儿会哭,但双眼又向左上斜视,立即肌注鲁米那钠50mg,约2～3分钟后惊厥终止,青紫逐渐消失.留院观察数天,无类似发作出院。
