数字化犹如一股浪潮席卷了我们的时代,它的到来不仅改变了传统生活方式,也改变了信息传授样态。在现代媒介平台上,信息传递更便捷、资源分享更轻松、实时互动无障碍,这就使得文字、影视、音乐等作品版权保护面临挑战。最近,“于正侵权案”引起社会广泛关注,也再次把影视版权保护这一问题推至舆论制高点。在此背景下,本文将通过对数字时代影视产品版权的界定、“于正侵权案”的情况分析来看当前中国影视剧版权保护现状和存在的问题,并探讨相应对策,希望以此能对完善我国影视产品版权的保护、打击影视盗版侵权行为有积极意义。
Digitization is like a tide sweeping through our time. Its arrival has not only changed the traditional way of life, but also changed the way of imparting information. On modern media platforms, information is more easily delivered, resources are more easily shared, and real-time interaction is accessible. This makes copyright protection for text, video, music and other works a challenge. Recently, “in the infringement ” has aroused widespread concern in society, but also once again the issue of copyright protection of video to the high ground of public opinion. Against this background, this article will analyze the status quo and existing problems of copyright protection of Chinese film and television drama at present by analyzing the definition of the copyright of video products in the digital era and the analysis of the situation of “being at infringement”, and discuss the corresponding countermeasures. Can improve the protection of the copyright of the movie and television products in our country and combat the movie and television piracy and infringement.
