目的 探讨多层面螺旋CT仿真内窥镜 (multi -slicehelicalCTvirtualendoscopy ,MSCTVE)诊断大肠肿瘤的检查方法和临床应用价值。方法 2 6例怀疑有大肠肿瘤的患者行结肠、直肠容积扫描 ,电压 12 0kV ,电流 2 5 0mA ,层厚 5mm ,螺距 (pitch) 6,薄层重建图像并传输至ADW 3 .1工作站 ,应用Navigator导航软件生成仿真内窥镜图像 ,模拟纤维结肠镜 (FC)观察大肠肿瘤 ,并与纤维结肠镜及手术病理结果对比。结果 肿瘤发生部位直肠 14例 ,乙状结肠 8例 ,1例肿瘤连续侵犯直肠及乙状结肠 ,所见肿瘤部位、大小、表面形态、数目与纤维结肠镜及手术结果基本相同 ,具有良好的对应性。结论 多层面螺旋CT仿真内窥镜作为一种无创、安全、方便的检查手段在大肠肿瘤的诊断方面具有较高的临床使用价值。
Objective To investigate the method and clinical value of multi-slice helical CT virtual endoscopy (MSCTVE) in the diagnosis of colorectal neoplasms. Methods Twenty-six patients suspected of colorectal tumors underwent colon and rectal volume scans with a voltage of 120 kV, a current of 250 mA, a slice thickness of 5 mm, a pitch of 6 and a thin layer to reconstruct the images and transmit them to the ADW 3.1 workstation. The Navigator navigation software generates simulated endoscopic images and simulates colonoscopy using a colonoscopy (FC) to compare colorectal colonoscopy with surgical pathology. Results There were 14 rectums in the rectum, 8 in the sigmoid colon, and 1 tumor continuously invading the rectum and sigmoid. The tumor location, size, surface morphology, and number of tumors were basically the same as the results of the colonoscopy and surgery. Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT virtual endoscope as a non-invasive, safe and convenient examination method has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of colorectal tumors.
