目的分析抗菌药物的应用与细菌耐药性之间的动态联系。方法统计四年来住院病人抗菌药物的使用情况,并与同期临床分离的病原菌的耐药率进行对比的分析。结果临床抗菌药物的使用率与细菌耐药率存在一定的联系,当细菌耐药率处于较低水平时,抗菌药物的使用率增加,而使用率增加并维持在较高水平时,常可导致耐药率的缓慢增加。结论医院抗菌药物的使用与细菌耐药性的动态监测极其重要,它可对临床抗菌药物的使用进行宏观调控,并指导临床合理应用抗菌药物,控制细菌耐药性的发展。
Objective To analyze the dynamic relationship between the use of antimicrobial agents and bacterial resistance. Methods The usage of antibacterials in inpatients over the past four years was statistically analyzed and compared with that of clinically isolated pathogens. Results There was a relationship between the rate of clinical antibacterial use and the rate of bacterial drug resistance. When the rate of bacterial drug resistance was low, the rate of antibacterial drug use increased. However, when the rate of antibacterial drug use was increased and maintained at a relatively high level, The rate of resistance increased slowly. Conclusion The use of antibacterials in hospitals and the dynamic monitoring of bacterial resistance are extremely important. It can regulate the use of clinical antibacterials and guide the rational use of antibacterials in clinical practice to control the development of bacterial resistance.
