目前,餐饮业快速发展,使烹饪高技能应用型人才格外受欢迎,而职业学校烹饪教学质量相对偏低,教学过程普遍存在着一些问题,成为制约职业学校学生素质全面发展的重要因素,这需要教师在教学中从教师技能、学生素质修养、教学质量、教学方法改革等方面入手,从而提高学生学习烹饪的兴趣,充分利用实践教学,养成良好的学习习惯,提高课堂教学质量。
At present, the rapid development of the catering industry makes the application of high-skilled cooking talents particularly popular. However, the quality of cooking teaching in vocational schools is relatively low. There are some problems in the teaching process, which become an important factor that restricts the overall development of vocational school students. Teachers in teaching from the teacher skills, self-cultivation of students, teaching quality, teaching methods and other aspects of reform to improve students interest in cooking, make full use of practical teaching, develop good study habits and improve the quality of classroom teaching.
