访谈Q=《企业观察家》A=刘伟郑州大学MBA教育中心副主任Q:前证监会主席郭树清主政山东以来,提出了一系列的金融改革计划,拟在5年内建成现代化的金融体系。对这些新政,您怎么看?A:首先说,在中国经济改革的关键时刻,懂金融、有资源的改革者那是稀缺资源。郭树清是中国金融市场化改革的重要参与者,对山东的金融渗透率肯定不会满意。大银行与地方商业银行主导的模式,使山东民营经济得不到足够的金融支撑。山东必须为企业发展寻找到新的资本通道,比如建立有市场影响力的股权投资机构、创建股权交易所,改革势在必行。
Interview Q = “Enterprise Observer” A = Liu Wei, Deputy Director, MBA Education Center, Zhengzhou University Q: Guo Shuqing, former chairman of CSRC, has put forward a series of financial reform plans since he took office in Shandong Province. He plans to build a modern financial system within 5 years. What do you think of these new policies? A: First of all, at the crucial moment of China’s economic reform, it is a scarce resource to understand financial and resourceful reformers. Guo Shuqing is an important participant in the reform of China’s financial market and certainly will not be satisfied with the financial penetration rate in Shandong. The model led by the big banks and local commercial banks has not given enough financial support to the private economy in Shandong. Shandong must find new capital channels for the development of enterprises. For example, it is necessary to establish an equity investment institution with market influence and create an equity exchange.
