自我国进入WTO以来,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,大多数企业面临着同样的难题——采购成本控制,如何有效的控制采购成本是当前企业最有力的竞争手段。在企业的生产经营过程中,采购成本所占的比重较大,往往达到一半以上,因此控制好采购成本对于企业获得利润有重要的意义。本文将对企业采购管理中成本控制存在的问题进行分析,并提出合理建议。
Since our country entered the WTO, the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce. Most enterprises face the same problem - the control of purchasing cost. How to effectively control the purchasing cost is the most powerful competitive method for the current enterprises. In the process of production and operation of enterprises, procurement costs account for a large proportion, often reaching more than half, so controlling the procurement costs for corporate profits is of great significance. This article will analyze the problems existing in cost control in purchasing management of enterprises and put forward reasonable suggestions.
