今年5月,我们协助胶州市张应镇大孟慈村村民周茂彬,在该村水库中设置网箱一只,规格为7×4×2(米)。5月28日放养罗非鱼种300公斤、3300尾。由于鱼种体质较弱,加上运输途中受伤,入箱后第三天开始出现死亡,每天损失100多尾。经现场诊断,确认为水霉病。根据这一病情,我们采取了以下措施: 1,将鱼种赶至网箱一角,用食盐小苏打合剂泼洒,使水中两种药物浓度均达万分之四。每日泼洒一次,连续六天。 2.每日及时捞出死鱼,防止病原体蔓延。
