根据一次性注射器筒体的生产数量和质量要求,对塑件外形结构进行分析,设计了模具的结构形式。采用了点式浇口的双分型面结构,为同类产品注射模生产提供了参考。
According to the production quantity and quality requirements of the disposable syringe barrel, the plastic structure was analyzed and the structure of the mold was designed. Adopted point-type double-point gate structure, for similar products injection mold provides a reference.
