自1998年5月我们将依托咪酯（Etomidate）静脉麻醉用于人工流产术，取得良好镇痛效果，但用药后患者易出现肌颤和肢体不自主运动。与安定合用，可有效地解除此不良反应，且能加强镇痛作用。现报道如下。1资料与方法1．1临床资料选择1998年5月至1998年12月门诊要求行人工流产术
