应用电子监护仪(以下简称监护仪)来监测胎心,基础变异来观察胎儿在宫腔内变化情况,是当代产科领域内的重大进展,是提高围产期保健,降低胎儿死亡率的重要手段。我科近年来共测试173例,现将记录完整的117例分析如下: 使用方法采用无负荷试验(NST),产前进行NST时,先让孕妇排空小便,取左侧半卧位,将胎心探头固定于孕妇腹部胎心音最响处,顺序测定基础胎心,变异周期,变异幅度,胎动次数及胎动后胎心率的改变等。如无明显胎动,应嘱孕妇翻身或推动胎头、肢体后再测定。
