我国流通产业转型主要体现在实现以技术信息化为主要内涵的流通技术结构的现代化转型和以“虚实结合、有效分工、多元模式”为主要内涵的流通产业业态结构的现代化转型;实现以流通产业有效竞争市场结构形式为标志的流通产业市场结构合理化转型;实现以深化对外开放、扩大流通网络外向化发展、提升国际竞争力为内容的流通产业发展方式的国际化转型;实现流通产业城乡布局的均衡化转型等方面。为此,必须采取包括重视流通技术创新,推动新型专业化流通组织形成,大力推进流通产业对外开放等一系列有效措施。
