十一届全国人大常委会第十九次会议2月25日表决通过了《中华人民共和国非物质文化遗产法》。这部法律将自2011年6月1日起施行。经过10余年的酝酿、打磨,《非物质文化遗产法》的出台,无疑是一个令人欢欣鼓舞的成果。真是“恰逢其时,恰如其分”。我国是联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》的缔约国,也是一个源远流长、非物质文化遗产极为丰富的大国,这部法律的出台显示出了我国的文化自觉上升到了一个新的高度,同时也有助于非遗工作更好地融入当今时代、贴合百姓生活。
The 19th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th NPC passed the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Intangible Cultural Heritage on February 25. This law will be effective June 1, 2011. After more than 10 years of brewing and polishing, the introduction of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Law is undoubtedly an encouraging result. Really “at the right time, just the right”. Our country is a contracting party to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and a great country with a long history and extremely rich intangible cultural heritage. The promulgation of this law shows that our country’s culture has risen to a new height. Meanwhile, It also helps non-legacy work to better integrate into the modern era and fit people’s lives.
