目的:观察猫棒束孢(Isaria felina,IF)对慢性肾功能衰竭模型大鼠血浆内皮素(ET-1)和血清一氧化氮(NO)、生长转化因子(TGF-β1)的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠连续灌胃给予100 mg/kg腺嘌呤建立慢性肾功能衰竭动物模型,采用液体培养法培养IF,用于慢性肾功能衰竭模型动物的治疗,检测给药前后各组动物血清中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)水平的变化,测定血浆ET-1及血清NO、TGF-β1含量。结果:IF能显著降低慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠血清BUN、Cr水平、降低血浆ET-1含量、升高血清NO含量、降低血清TGF-β1含量。结论:IF对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠具有保护作用,其作用机理可能与提高血清NO含量,降低血清ET-1、TGF-β1含量有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Isaria felina (IF) on plasma ET and NO and TGF-β1 in rats with chronic renal failure. Methods: SD male rats were given continuous gavage with 100 mg / kg adenine to establish an animal model of chronic renal failure. The liquid culture method was used to culture IF in the treatment of animal model of chronic renal failure. The serum of each group before and after administration (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) levels in plasma were measured. The contents of plasma ET-1, serum NO and TGF-β1 were measured. Results: IF can significantly reduce serum levels of BUN and Cr, decrease plasma ET-1 level, increase serum NO level and decrease serum TGF-β1 level in rats with chronic renal failure. Conclusion: IF can protect rats with chronic renal failure and its mechanism may be related to the increase of serum NO content and the decrease of serum ET-1 and TGF-β1 levels.
