与老一辈学者比如我的导师蒋孔阳先生相比,我走上学术道路的时间不算长。虽然我早在1967年就大学毕业了。但由于正在“文革”期间,正常的秩序被打乱了,我和爱人一起奔赴新疆工作了整整十年。直到1978年考上研究生回到复旦,重新开始读书就学,那年我已三十三岁。应当说,我的学术生涯是开始得比较晚的。正因为如此。我始终感到自己的知识基础较薄弱,学术根底也较浅,与前辈的差距实在太大。我跟一些挚友多次说过,我们这辈子即使
