嗅神经母细胞瘤系嗅区神经上皮源性肿瘤。1924年Berger等首先提出并加以命名,统计英文文献共得200余例,日本33例,国内报告10例左右,绝大多数是个案报告~1-8。我科遇到1例,报告如下。病例报告女,6个月,1983年3月17日以“鼻根部脑膜膨出”收本院脑外科,颅正侧位X片见颅骨内板完整。疑“先天性表皮样囊肿”转我科。出生后鼻根部小米粒大肿物,逐渐增大,近2月增长快。检查,发育正常,双眼球活动良,无移位,眉间有4×3.5cm半圆形隆起(图1),表面呈暗红色,波动(-),色光试验(±),压缩性(-)。
