一、勤为先,能补拙,赢口碑,立威信勤奋是成功之本,实干是成事之基,是威信建立的源动力。做事先做人,万事勤为先。刚参加工作时,笔者在很多方面都没有经验,但笔者在各方面都积极主动,认真做好学校布置的每一项任务,尽自己所能做好学校的工作。别人认为相对辛苦的工作,笔者争着承担下来,而且从不叫苦、叫累,对待自己份内的工作从不推诿,做到口到、心到、手到。并且笔者还坚持搞好办公室卫生,搬运办公室纯净水,为办公室其他老师做好服务工作;大课间、校运会、区运会的场地器材笔者总是第一个去准备,做好各项准备工作,只要体育组集体做的事也总是第一个冲
